v0.6.3 - Draft Jumpseaters, Quiz and Performance Enhancements

Good news. I have released the PaperMETAR firmware version 0.6.3. This version includes the Jumpseaters framework and the draft versions of Downwind Donnie and Checkride Charlie. You can now select the Jumpseater by going to the settings menu and selecting the mode.
Note that I have not updated the iOS app with the Jumpseaters yet. I will update the app in a week or so.
Additionally, I improved the quiz question logic to give more variety of questions. I also switched the communication method with the PaperMETAR server to reduce the load on the device and speed up the communication.
Your PaperMETAR should prompt you to update whenever it refreshes next.
